Gun Beach is located on the northern most point of
Tumon Bay at the end of a gravel, dirt road past the Nikko Hotel.
If you plan on bringing a vehicle you would be best off using a
truck or some type of four-wheel drive vehicle. Also make
sure not to leave any valuables in your car, and better yet do not
bring an expensive car because many cars have been broken into
while parked at Gun Beach because it is very
secluded. If your up for a walk you can
always park your car across from the Nikko Hotel in the parking
lot next to the tennis courts. Once you get to the beginning
of the dirt road just take a left and walk down the hill towards
the employee parking lot for the Nikko Hotel. If you follow
the gate next to the jungle on your right side you will see a
small walkway that goes toward the beach. If you follow this
walkway
until you get to the beach and take a right you
will arrive at Gun Beach.
Gun
Beach is named for the anti-aircraft military gun found next to
the cliff wall where the stairs to get to Faifai Beach starts.
You can see an image of the military gun pictures to the left.
